OLIVIA MILES is an accomplished television, feature film and commercials costume designer based in Los Angeles. She was featured in VARIETY’S 2011 below the line ‘Impact List’ as the new generation of talented artisans who are rising up the ranks.
Olivia designed 15 episodes of CBS's THE CRAZY ONES, starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michele Gellar. Other recent work in television was a season of JANE BY DESIGN for ABC FAMILY. The show provided many creative outlets as the concept focused on a high school teenager who moonlights as a fashion designer in New York City.
Prior to JANE, Olivia designed seasons seven and eight of HBO’s hit series ENTOURAGE, where she was able to sink her teeth into all the latest fashion trends for the core stars, but also dress the countless cameos from Mark Wahlberg, to Matt Damon, to LeBron James.
In the feature film world, Olivia recently wrapped GOTTI, MIDDLE SCHOOL for CBS Films, WHEN THE BOUGH BREAKS for Screen Gems, and RIDE ALONG 2 with Universal. Doug Ellin's ENTOURAGE: THE MOVIE for Warner Brothers released in June 2015. Released in 2014, she designed the independent film JAMESY BOY with Mary Louise Parker, James Woods and Ving Rhames. In 2013, she explored the world of rock and roll with Catherine Hardwick's movie PLUSH.
The Vermont native started her career in commercials in Portland, Oregon and continues to work in all fields; features, television, and commercials. Some of the commercial campaigns she’s worked on include Yoplait, Wendy's, Michelob, Cadillac, Dairy Queen, Budweiser, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Toyota, and Pennzoil.
